SHABBATONS
Bring Batya to your community for a Shabbat filled with spirited communal prayer and song. As an Artist-in-Residence, Batya leads services, workshops, song circles, and concerts, and will partner with you to create a Shabbaton experience that is meaningful for your community. Batya draws on the power of communal singing, which reminds us that we are not alone, our voice is uniquely essential, and that we are part of a greater collective. Batya cultivates open and empowered singing spaces that invite people deeper into their own voice, creating more connection with ourselves, each other, and the Divine. Each Shabbaton is designed to cultivate healing and connection through the power of communal singing.
WORKSHOPS

CONCERTS
Batya offers stand-alone participatory concerts and song circles. Batya provides musical experiences that engage the hearts and voices of the people in the room. Batya sings songs based in liturgy, nigun (wordless melody), and heart-centered english words. Batya often collaborates with other musicians and would love to come to your community to sing with you!
